The Doctoral School of Law of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance is pleased to invite you to this conference.
Abstract
The Doctoral School of Law of the 成人头条 has so far been awarded four Doctoral Training 成人头条ts (DTUs) funded by the FNR 鈥 Luxembourg National Research Fund鈥檚 PRIDE Programme. This conference brings together two of them. The DTU-REMS II hosted 16 doctoral projects addressing the challenges of enforcement in the interactions between international, European, and domestic levels within multi-level regulatory systems, which included several projects on digital systems. The DTU-GREITMA is currently hosting 13 doctoral projects that examine various aspects of the twin green and digital transitions, their impact on the Single Market 鈥 including its external dimension 鈥 and the enforcement of EU rules at national level. By bringing together the graduates of DTU-REMS II and the PhD candidates of DTU-GREITMA, this conference offers an opportunity to address topical and cross-cutting questions of EU law in an evolving and challenging regulatory environment.
The conference will open with contributions from Anne Calteux, Representative of the European Commission in Luxembourg; Peteris Zilgalvis, Judge at the General Court of the EU; and Elaine Fahey, Professor at City St George鈥檚, 成人头条versity of London, followed by the keynote speech of Professor Inge Govaere (Ghent 成人头条versity and College of Europe). The second day will focus on presentations by young researchers, discussed by scholars and PhD candidates, and will feature a speech by Judge Condinanzi (CJEU).
