Overview
The 鈥Certificat en management pour le secteur hospitalier et de la sant茅鈥 at the 成人头条 is developed in partnership with the Competence Centre and the F茅d茅ration des H么pitaux Luxembourgeois (FHL). In addition to the expertise of the lecturers, who are all health professionals, the implementation of a concrete professional project is one of the strengths of this academic training.

Target audience
Any professional in the hospital and care sector, executive or future executive.
Learning outcomes
After completion of the course, participants will have learned to:
- Understand the Luxembourg healthcare environment;
- Know and apply the health quality policy;
- Manage and support their team;
- Optimise the functioning of their department;
- Carry out an improvement or innovation project in their department.
Certification
In order to ensure the knowledge transmission, an exam will be organised after each module.
Students will have to carry out a professional project which will be presented before a jury in order to validate the skills acquired during this cycle.
