Learning outcomes

Practical and legal foundations of planning, basic knowledge in the fields of ecology, architecture and town planning. A better general understanding of land use and its links with sectoral planning. Acquire an additional qualification aimed at facilitating the preparation of preparatory studies, General Development Plans (PAG, from ‘Plans d’Am茅nagement G茅n茅ral’) and Master Plans (PD, from ‘Plans Directeurs’ ).

    • Plans d’am茅nagement particuliers (PAP) / Sch茅mas directeurs
    • Specific Development Plans (PAP) / Master Plans
    • Methods for the production, processing and visualisation of spatial data
    • Animation and mediation techniques for planning processes

    Learning Outcomes

    In particular on the amended law of 19 July 2004 on municipal planning and urban development. Participants acquire an additional qualification aimed at facilitating the preparation of preparatory studies, General Development Plans (PAG, from ‘Plans d’Am茅nagement G茅n茅ral’) and Master Plans (PD, from ‘Plans Directeurs’ ). The programme addresses the issue of the impact of these planning instruments on Particular Development Plans (PAP, from ‘Plans d’Am茅nagement Particulier’).

    Participants gain practical and legal foundations of planning, the training also enables the acquisition of basic knowledge in the fields of ecology, architecture and town planning, as well as in other neighbouring sectors.
