Ju Jitsu
“Ju” means gentle, supple, or flexible.
“Jitsu” means art or technique, and represents manipulating the opponent鈥榮 force against himself rather than confronting it with one鈥榮 own force.
Japanese jujitsu systems typically emphasize more on throwing, pinning, and joint-locking techniques, as well as striking techniques.
