Ils aborderont les effets positifs du je\u00fbne sur le corps humain et diverses maladies, ainsi que les m\u00e9canismes biologiques qui le sous-tendent, allant du nettoyage cellulaire aux processus anti-inflammatoires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La conf\u00e9rence se tiendra en <strong>allemand <\/strong>(aucune traduction ne sera disponible sur place). Bien que l&rsquo;inscription ne soit pas obligatoire, nous vous la recommandons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"resume\"\n    >\nR\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le je\u00fbne fait partie de diverses traditions culturelles et religieuses depuis des si\u00e8cles, mais qu&rsquo;en dit la science ? Dans cette conf\u00e9rence, le professeur Jochen Schneider et le Dr B\u00e9r\u00e9nice Hansen pr\u00e9senteront diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes de je\u00fbne, notamment le je\u00fbne Buchinger, le je\u00fbne intermittent et le concept de je\u00fbne mim\u00e9tique. Ils aborderont \u00e9galement les effets positifs du je\u00fbne sur le corps humain et les m\u00e9canismes biologiques qui le sous-tendent, du nettoyage cellulaire aux processus anti-inflammatoires.
