Jean-Samuel is a PhD student in private Law at the ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ and is currently preparing a joint supervised doctoral thesis with Paris Panthéon-Assas ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõversity.

Jean-Samuel holds a Master’s degree in financial law and finance (Paris Dauphine PSL ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõversity), a Master’s degree in insurance law (³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõversity of La Rochelle) and a Bachelor’s degree in law (Catholic ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõversity of Bukavu, Democratic Republic Congo). Jean-Samuel has gained several legal experiences within financial sector companies and has also worked as a research assistant in law. His primary areas of interest include financial services law (covering banking, insurance, and financial markets) and company law.
