As a scholar specialising in European ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõon Law, comparative private law, and law and technology, his interdisciplinary research integrates legal, empirical, and regulatory perspectives. He has authored two books published by Oxford ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõversity Press: ‘Compliance with European Consumer Law’ and a co-edited volume (with Professor Herwig Hofmann) titled ‘Governance of Automated Decision-Making and EU Law’. Additionally, he co-edited a Special Issue of the European Journal of Risk Regulation focused on automated decision-making in EU Law. His publications cover various topics, including AI regulation, e-commerce law, platform governance, digital finance, and consumer protection.
