Abstract

This conference, organised by the EAPIL Young Research Network as part of its 5th project, explores privacy and personality rights violations in the conflict of laws. The first panel will address the EU perspective, bringing together representatives from academia, the Court of Justice of the European ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõon, and the European Commission. The second and third panels will focus on the content and design of national conflict-of-laws rules, as well as key issues such as foreseeability, choice of law, and mandatory provisions.
