Abstract
In recent years Portugal has increased its interest in space activities including launch services.聽 聽As an emerging space actor, the potential for Portugal to operate a European launch facility presents a number of opportunities and risks, but that could change the European launch industry.聽聽This lecture will address the legal issues relating to Portugal’s potential for聽launch operations and launching sites.
