The Finnovation Hub is excited to announce that Luisa-Sophie KÜNZEL from FDEF will be delivering the next Fintech Meetup lecture on “Enhancing Investor Protection Through Technological Applications in Fund Governance“.

Abstract: Due to the special relationship between an investment fund and its investors, there is a particular focus on investor protection and on the so-called fund governance. Current developments with new technologies (AI, Big Data, Smart Contracts, DLT) give reason to examine whether they can be used in the context of fund governance to promote investor protection. The presentation will provide initial insights into what such an implementation could look like.
