>\nPurpose and legal basis<\/h4>\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-bigtext\">\n    <span>\n        \n    <\/span>\n<\/div><\/header><div class=\"list-highlighted__body wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-body\">\n    <div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-free-content-area\">\n    \n<p>The 成人头条 has implemented a CCTV (video surveillance) system across all its campuses.<\/p>\n\n<p>The staff in charge of security at the 成人头条 are responsible for the overall management and operation of the CCTV system, including activities relating to installation, recording, reviewing and monitoring.<\/p>\n\n<p>The aims of the CCTV system are as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">To prevent, reduce, detect and investigate incidents (thefts, fires, bomb alerts, accidents, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">To ensure the safety of staff, students and visitors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">To assist in the investigation of suspected breaches of 成人头条versity regulations by staff or students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The use of CCTV is justified by the following legislation:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Article 6.1 (f) of the GDPR as that is the legitimate interest of the 成人头条versity and the 成人头条versity staff, students and third parties to ensure and grant the safety in the 成人头条versity\u2019s premises;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The CCTV system is not intended to monitor staff movements, production processes, departments or working hours inside the workplace.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"list-highlighted__item  wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item\">\n    <header class=\"list-highlighted__header class=\"ulux-list-item\">Main entrances of buildings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Emergency exits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Critical areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"list-highlighted__item  wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item\">\n    <header class=\"list-highlighted__header >\nAccess to CCTV footage<\/h4>\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-bigtext\">\n    <span>\n        \n    <\/span>\n<\/div><\/header><div class=\"list-highlighted__body wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-body\">\n    <div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-free-content-area\">\n    \n<p><strong>CCTV footage can only be accessed by the following people:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>成人头条:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Staff in charge of security at the 成人头条 (live footage and recordings)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Third parties:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Security guards (live footage only)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">External companies for maintenance purposes only (live footage and recordings)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Fonds Belval (live footage of Belval common areas only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>If the images are required as evidence or for an investigation, the following parties may have access to the recorded footage:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Staff in charge of security at the 成人头条<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">The police<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">The emergency services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Public authorities (on request)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"list-highlighted__item  wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item\">\n    <header class=\"list-highlighted__header wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-header\">\n    \n<h4 class=\"title text-18 font-bold class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-free-content-area\">\n    \n<p>CCTV footage is not stored for more than 30 days after the date of recording. After this period, the footage is automatically deleted.
