It is recommended to drink more in case of extreme heat (at least 1.5 liters of water per day).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Limit your exposure to the sun as much as possible during the hottest hours of the day and avoid strenuous physical activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">Make sure you turn off your computer, lighting and any other heat-emitting devices when you are not using them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ulux-list\">\n<li class=\"ulux-list-item\">In the non-air-conditioned spaces, leave a window open at the end of the day to allow ventilation and cooling and to lower the temperature during the night.
