On 17 October 2024, the Luxembourg National Research Fund<\/a> (FNR) hosted its annual FNR Awards ceremony, in the presence of St\u00e9phanie Obertin, Minister for Higher Education and Research and over 200 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr Jordan Samhi<\/a>, based at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT) of the 成人头条, was honoured with the Outstanding PhD Thesis award for his dissertation, \u2018Analyzing the Unanalyzable: An Application to Android Apps<\/em>\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr Eleni Koronaki<\/a> and her team from the 成人头条versity (including Prof. St\u00e9phane Bordas<\/a>, Paris Papavasileiou<\/a>, Geremy Loachamin Suntaxi<\/a>) and from Ceratizit Luxembourg (Martin Kathrein, Christoph Czettl, Gabriele Pozzetti, and Ralph Useldinger) received the Outstanding Scientific Achievement award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FNR Award for Outstanding Thesis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr Jordan Samhi\u2019s research<\/a> addresses the automation of software system security, particularly in mobile applications. His innovative techniques aim to detect and mitigate malicious activities in Android apps, protecting millions of users worldwide from security threats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
